Sorry I can't say anything good about this machine, except that when it works, the cappuccino is very good. I have had the capresso ultimate for about 4 months and I am junking it today.

Based on the good reviews at this site, I bought this machine. Half the time, I get a weak slurry that I have toss down the drain. Today, after 4 attempts of expensive grind, all I got was dirty-water looking stuff. I am ready to purchase another reliable, attractive Starbucks machine (this will be my third after 20 years of espresso drinking) and get this bean-wasting counter-hogging ugly clunker out of my kitchen!
